So, if you don't want to get any deduction. Choose personal account. I also already have personal account. Its good. But if you want to have business or selling your stuff. I recommend you have premier or business account.

just be careful- i believe personal has more set limits on the amount of money you can transfer and im not sure if you can still use things like their credit cards in a personal account...

yea i think the premier account is better because if i recall correctly- you need more types of verification process and only a set amount of spending and depositing with a regular account

if you earn small then personal is better

and if you earn huge then premier is better as you have monthly limits increased

though premier account is recommonded I am using personal account and there are no problems with the transactions.  So if you dont want your money to get deducted go for personal account.

so, why you not get that personal account first before when you signup at paypal? hoho..

If you choose premier or business account. Of course they will deduct it.

I have the personal account. Working good for me. I don't use it for big transactions anyway. Maybe you should try the personal account first.

    1.  If u just need to make small payments.  Dont want to use paypal heavily and u r not a seller , or have an online business then Go For Personal account.

    2.  if u intend to use ur account for some business then use Business/ premier account.

There is not much difference in Business and paypal accounts ast mentioned by a paypal representative 9 in an email correspondance with me ) :

Thanks for contacting PayPal.  I appreciate the opportunity to assist you
    with your questions.

Mano, a PayPal Premier account is not much different than a Business
account.   The only real differences between the 2 is that with one
people see your email and with the Business account they see your
business name and with a business account you have the option to sign up
for the Virtual Terminal but it is not required.

The transaction fee for each account is exactly the same between
    2. 9%-1. 9% with a fee of $. 30 per transaction.

The withdrawal limit that you see there is a monthly limit meaning that you can withdraw $20000per month.

Also, there are no charges that you would incur for adding your bank account to your PayPal account.

If you have any further questions or if we can be of further assistance,
please feel free to contact us again.

    Sincerely,
    Tanya
