I agree, it's the best since it's widely used and accepted world wide, so you have  a few limitations only in online business (people who don't accept it).  It also gives you the option to use a virtual debit card in sites where paypal isn't accepted.  My only problem with paypal are the fees, sometimes they are very expensive.

I can't tell if it's the best, but so far I like it.  Just started using Paypal this year since we were only allowed to receive money from Paypal last October, so far so good.  I still need to find out about refund, though specially for the sender.
