    I am interested in pay per click Advertisements. 
    I haven't tried it before.  So I would like to know from people who are making money from it how much can you realistically make and what are the best websites to sign up?

    Its depend on your advertisement and how many people buy your product or use your service. If not, nothing we can do about that..

    if you are looking to put advertisements on your website- the most popular are google and yahoo- yahoo is invite only i believe but google is free for everyone with some specific terms and rules (example, no adult or gambling websites. . . etc) of course they dont pay the best- there are some that are slipping my mind at the moment that pay very well for its click- but it also depends on the advertisement- an advertisement for sports wont pay as high as one for say. . . "car parts with green circles" or more unique. . . financial stuff pays well too

    If i'm using YSM and promote about adsense site. I rarely can get 50-100 dollar permonth from adsense. Its good and i believe i can do that. But its too hard for me because i don't have much time like you all..Sad

    There is tons of money in the internet industry.  Reported 6.07 billion was made last year and those numbers are only expected to climb.  Find a unique niche that no one else has done and watch your money pile up!

    are these referrel ads in google adsense are pay per click ads or these are different. and how to get more and more people to click your ads. I had read on forums that clicking ads on your sites may leads to problem of getting banned from google adsense. is this true?

    Its true. Its because some of them click their own ads. No wonder its happen. My advice, never do that if you onl;y want your account got banned. Hoho.. Grin Cheesy

     Grin click on own Ads it seem like doing a stupid things to earn easy money.  Maybe they not aware that google have a system to track.  I really admired to peoples who can earn monthly revenue from PPC.  I've apply for Google Ads before, but not approved.   :P Maybe myblog not yet matured.  I'm working toward getting their approval again.  Wish me luck !!

    I make a few bucks a month its not worth it.  If you get a lot of hits you can make 2 cents per visit try claxon ads i like them they pay little but if you get hits it pays off.

    I work with PPC and have made good amount for two of my projects..!! at the time Yahoo search marking is as well good.. provided your keywords are not really Competitive..  Wink
